Fire damage building reconstruction - We Provided emergency structural support by installing shoring to stabilize the existing roof system. Performed selective demolition of approximately half of the unit, including removal and disposal of fire-damaged and charred framing members. Furnished and installed new structural framing where required to restore integrity.
Completed full reconstruction of one exterior balcony, including installation of waterproofing system and placement of lightweight concrete. Installed lightweight concrete within affected interior unit areas as needed. Performed exterior stucco repairs and restoration to match existing finishes.
